KBT helps organisations foster diversity by bridging organisational, cultural and personal barriers. Whether this is helping Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal team members talk openly with each other; work with disability or plan your business engagement in Africa, KBT has a training program or workshop to fit. KBT has a team of skilled personnel with backgrounds rooted in the experiences, cultures and languages where we provide our training services. There are 10 languages represented in our team including three Australian Indigenous languages (Jaru and Yinjibarndi), Mandarin, Spanish, Kiswahili, French, Malay (Indonesian), Dutch, Japanese, Indonesian, Mongolian, Cambodian (Khmer), Sinhala and of course, English.
