BRFC was founded in 2007 as a corporate and litigation firm, with an established reputation for excellence in service and responsive legal advice and assistance to our clients. As of June 2011 BRFC merged the law firms Sotomayor Abogados and Algaba Abogados to bring a more ample array of corporate services to our clients and continue with their tradition of excellence and responsiveness. Through the years we have position ourselves as a local law firm with a national reach, high work ethic and a philosophy of serving our clients’ needs with diligence and professionalism. Our goal is to serve our clients needs to their full satisfaction and develop our team to its fullest potential as well as our clients and business partners. Since 2008, BRFC has expanded its horizons with an alliance formed with “Hermosilla Gastélum” Abogados Iberoamericanos (“Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza Abogados”, Madrid, Spain; “Gastélum Abogados”, Mexico City, México), opening up new horizons for the firm and our clients. Also since March 2010, Sotomayor Abogados formed an alliance with Ródriguez Dávalos Asociados to jointly participate in representing oil, gas and energy related companies in bidding processes with public companies in Mexico, alliance that will continue specifically for such type of projects.
