(CN-Holding) is not only managing the cash pool and banking but is supporting corporate housekeeping & governance. With its shared service support in back-office areas with a professional team of more than 40 employees, CN-Holding is located in Shanghai. Main support areas are finance, treasury, human resources, tax, legal consultation, insurance, participations and compliance. Furthermore, CN-Holding is as a bridge between the Group Headquarters and the various Würth Group companies in China, ensuring good communication and information flow. In 2019, CN-Holding regionally assumed responsibility for Group Compliance in Asia-Pacific. In 2020, CN-Holding established the Würth Business Academy Asia Pacific to support talent development in the region.
