Owner and CEO, Sharon Klicker, has worked in the HVAC industry for over 40 years, initially installing systems for other companies. After becoming one of the first women in Michigan to license in heating and cooling, Sharon started her own company and now employs over 60 employees, including three of her sons, her daughter, and several grandchildren. Although a lot of her duties are now administrative, Sharon still instructs employees on service, installation and fabrication. In addition to heating and air replacement, Sharon’s also handles new construction homes, additions, and provides a full line of services to the residential and commercial markets. Services include boiler installation and repair, furnace clean & checks, city certifications, service, preventative maintenance, and specialty ductwork.
