i-Vinum was born in May 2018 with a clear objective: to democratize the experience of enjoying wine. We are clear that wine is more than a drink. The experience of uncorking a bottle, putting it in the glass, enjoying its aromas and tasting its flavor can and should be a shared experience with everyone. The initial idea was to become a reference for the import and distribution of the world´s best wines for the Peruvian people through restaurateurs that allowed them to put the wine on their clients’ palates and provide personalized pairing advice.
