Train with us to qualify as an Adult or Youth Mental Health First Aider,or become Adult or Youth Mental Health Aware. Our training style is highly interactive and personable, and we always work to translate academic concepts into pragmatic solutions so that new skills and learning can be put into practice with ease. BTG is a volunteer partner of Building Mental Health a movement to support MHFA skills in the construction industry. We do all that we can to bring MHFA to as many as possible through sensible pricing, and support for the voluntary sector. In addition to expertise in MHFA, BTG can help to design and deliver your team building activities, and run programmes to support skills development in leadership, managing performance, communication skills, effective meeting skills, managing absence, customer service skills, mind mapping and many others. We are accredited Belbin practitioners. All our instructors are also CIPD qualified and you can always be assured of the highest professional standards. We can also support any HR specific training needs that you might identify. We take our CPD seriously and you will often find BTG representatives at events that support our continuous learning.
