Founded by David Neafus in 1994, Triton is a boutique CFO consulting firm that provides hands-on financial, HR, and administrative services to a wide variety of companies/industries and for a wide variety of needs (including part time CFO/Controller services, IPO’s, equity and debt financing, M&A, software implementation, and interim management). Triton offers a full suite of finance, HR, and administrative services including complete finance department outsourcing, office manager services, HR services and recruiting, and facilities. Our approach is to always have a CFO managing each client service relationship and then to staff each company according to its needs (and adjust the staffing as the client company’s needs change over time).
