Worthing based Sussex Physio Pilates was founded in 2013, with the aim of delivering the highest level of Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates care for the local community, through a friendly and holistic approach. Sussex Physio Pilates has a team of five Physiotherapists, of which four of them are also Pilates teachers. Our Pilates timetable has grown from just one 1 class back in 2013, to now having 16 classes each week.
