Founded in 1946 in Inglewood, CA by Charles R. Urban, Jet Fitting specialized mainly in aerospace fittings. Robert J. Hatch joined the company in 1960 and helped Mr. Urban relocate the company to its present location in Santa Ana, CA. Charlie passed away in 1967 and Bob became president of Jet Fitting. In 1990, Bob retired and sold the business to Jim Furgo and Dana Garlock. Jim Furgo retired in 2005. The ensuing years have seen Jet Fitting grow from a start-up fitting company into a leading fastener distributor. All inventory is inspected according to the specifications outlined in the Industrial Fastener Institute, 6th Edition, standards and/or to customer and manufacturer print criteria.
