The Stanić group started up in 1983 as a small family business. Throughout the last thirty eight years, Stanić Group has reached the position of market leader in the distribution of beverages, tobacco products and technical goods, and achieved fruitful, long-term cooperation with the world’s largest multinational companies and brands. The rapid development began with the implementation of an exclusive contract with Heineken and LG Electronics, while today the portfolio of the Stanić Group contains a full range of top brands, most of them world leaders in their segments (Diageo, Philip Morris). A new phase of development for the Stanić Group began with the acquisition of the Juicy brand of fruit juices at the end of 2013, which marked a step forward in the production segment, which was one of the long-term goals. At the beginning of 2022, Stanić Beverages d.o.o., a member of Stanić Group, acquired a 98.25% share in Maraska d.d., one of the oldest producers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Croatia. With the acquisition of Maraska, Stanić Group continues to expand its portfolio of non-alcoholic beverages, but more importantly, it enters into a new niche – the production of strong alcoholic beverages. The power and synergies of Juicy and Maraska brands, the further development of production and planned innovation, along with the already constructed flexible organization with a team of dedicated professionals, make the Stanić Group ready for successful step towards countries in the region.
