Hussingtree Gin
www.hussingtreegin.co.ukHussingtree Gin is a small batch artisan distillery, established in 2018. We create distinctive premium gin, inspired by the array of produce available in our home county of Worcestershire. Our Hussingtree brand takes its name from the village where the business is currently based. The name reflects our heritage and one of our core values - the importance of ‘local’. We’re committed to using fairtrade and locally sourced produce wherever possible. Recent awards include Silver and Bronze Medals at London Spirits Competition 2020, One Star Award at Great Taste Awards 2019 and a Silver Medal at Global Spirits Masters 2019. Our growing contract gin offering provides customers the ability to benefit from bespoke and small batch gin solutions. Gins we've created include 2020 Dry Gin for St Richard's Hospice, Brisa Gin for a Worcester on trade customer, and a range of fruit gins for Broomfields of Holt. Other collaborations include creating a bespoke gin for a Three Star Great Taste Award-winning gin truffle, made by Cafe au Chocolat in Tewkesbury. We create our gin in traditional copper alembic stills, following the one shot method for all our dry gins. This means nothing is added after distillation except filtered water to bring the gin down to the desired ABV. Each dry gin is distinctive, ensuring points of interest. Such as our Asparagus Dry Gin that was featured on James Martin's Saturday Morning on ITV. And our Bumbleberry Dry Gin that combines berries and cinnamon for depth of fruitiness without the sweetness. Our blended gins offer distinctive flavours, including Tonka Bean Gin that works beautifully with premium cola and our Winter Gin that's ideal served warm with cloudy apple juice. We're proud to be members of various local and national associations. Common amongst them is a focus on supporting active local business communities. In Worcestershire, the results can be seen by the wide range of independent producers and retailers that are flourishing.
