Our mission is to empower and encourage marginalized genders at all stages of their career to reach their full professional and personal potential by taking advantage of in-person networking opportunities, learning from and inspiring one another, and by fostering open dialogue about the unique challenges and issues faced by marginalized genders in technical fields. Harvard Women in Technology + Allies (HarvardWIT+, ca. 2013) is a staff-led, University-wide, volunteer organization that seeks to advance gender representation, engagement, and support in STEM and technology-related fields.
