A lifetime of racing and development leads us here. Atherton Bikes was launched on 25th January 2019. Dan, Gee and Rachel Atherton partner with renowned suspension designer Dave Weagle and utilise the latest addditive manufacturing technology to create the range of bikes they have always wanted to ride. Pushing the boundaries has always been what drives the Atherton family. They believe there is little point doing what someone else has done before, so if they were going to launch a range of bikes. it would be something completely different. They set out to design a range of bikes that they would be excited to ride themselves, delivered through additive manufacturing and with potential for riders to customise to their own needs. 25th January just happened to be Dan Atherton’s birthday but no other day would be quite so fitting – this company has been Dan’s dream since he built his first bike at 10 years old, now it is time to bring Atherton Bikes to the trails.
