Dr. Stephen D. Clement founded Organizational Design Inc. in 1985 as a vehicle to allow him to begin a research partnership with Dr. Elliott Jaques. The early years of the company had a primary focus on Clement and Jaques collaborating together on the book Requisite Organization and its follow on book Executive Leadership. In the ensuing years Dr. Clement and his team have subsequently worked on numerous organizational studies, educational seminars and research projects. ODI provides consulting and executive education in; organizational restructuring and design, executive coaching, talent pool development, capacity and capability assessment and small business organizational consulting.
