Additionally it is challenging to gather enough data or information to helps formulate solutions for above issues. Thus, the correct or bottom line questions are, “Is the existing HR strategy implemented in your organization already able to tackle those issue” or “Is that really the issue?”. If yes, then there is a follow-up question, “Are you using the most effective tools to capture the actual needs of your employees?”. Let’s be reminded that HR digital transformation better play in role and that is where we come in. We believe that the future HR belongs to practitioners who believe that solving and capturing what really matters to our employees is the first step to a better HR strategy. Awareness is the key.
