Coach to Win was founded over ten years ago, by Didi Zahariades, as a coaching practice in the Portland, Oregon area. Focused on the belief, 'Win at Work and Win at Life' it has successfully developed clients throughout the U.S. and abroad. Didi Zahariades, MA is an executive coach, psychotherapist, and facilitator specializing in the development of individuals in management. During this time she has developed an impressive and diverse client list including Oregon Health & Science University, Stanford University, Nike, Providence Hospital, Portland Police Bureau, Portland State University, Microsoft, US Bank, and Kaiser Permanente. Didi’s previous coaching experience with OHSU executives, allows her to understand the importance of sustaining relationships within a collaborative work environment.
