Hubbert Systems Consulting (HSC) was established in 1991 to provide superior, enterprise-wide technical and management consulting services to the healthcare industry. In the last several years, the government healthcare community has been largely focused on improving the way it implements and applies healthcare information technology. In our efforts to support and advance these developments, HSC has made major contributions to the evolution of various private healthcare organizations, several Medicaid departments and programs, and multiple counties in their drive toward improving healthcare quality and decreasing costs through innovative applications of information technology.
