NEZZ Exclusive Dressmaking & Designing, multi award winning business NEZZ Exclusive specialises in hand tailored garments for women of all ages and lifestyles - my goal is to create the perfect fit in every sense of the word. NEZZ Exclusive was established in 1988 in the spare room of my parent’s house in West Ryde. Within a year my business needed to employee the first of many machinists and move to larger premises. In 1997 NEZZ Exclusive moved to my own purpose-designed and built studio in West Pennant Hills. The location was selected by overlapping client data and socioeconomic maps Marketing of NEZZ Exclusive was very effective. I built a solid client base through appearing regularly at local fashion parades, organising and participating in bridal fairs, in-house client style nights, regular newsletters to happy clients, direct marketing campaigns in my local area & updating branding to reflect the growing stages of the business. NEZZ exclusive has always embraced new technologies and had its website launched in the mid 90’s and was one of the first Australian online fashion businesses that had its own website. Supporter of Education NEZZ Exclusive has always been heavily involved in supporting students through real work experience & industry practice programs by hiring students from high schools, TAFE colleges and Catholic Universities. I find this part of my work exceptionally satisfying through imparting my knowledge to these students who are keen to learn. Customer Service NEZZ Exclusive has always maintained the philosophy that “no clients will leave unhappy” with their garments. I manage and sustain high standards of customer service across diverse client portfolios through excellent communication skills and a professional approach to the most challenging requests.
