Aureolin Research, Consultancy and Expertise Development (ARCED) Foundation is a non-profit organization which aims to provide with quality tools and service on research, training and monitoring and result measurement supports. It has started working back in 2013 and been registered as ARCED Foundation under non-profit wing of RJSC (joint stock) lately, where in this short period ARCED had the privilege to work with a pool of national and international organizations, and received appreciations from its partners. ARCED’s expertise envelopes both quantitative and qualitative researches including real-time data collection, ranging from – but not limited to – scoping and baseline studies to interim assessment and evaluation or even random rapid appraisal on socio-economic phenomena such as in agri-business domains, value chain assessment, Gender Based Violence and such. Most of the research and studies that ARCED carried out were methodologically embedded on Randomized Control Trials (RCT), Difference in Difference (DiD), Most Significant Changes for qualitative analysis, approach following either or mixture of simple random, stratified, clusters or systematic sampling. Almost of all of its studies involve statistical and econometrics tools and models using SPSS, STATA along with MS Excel and Access for basic data management. ARCED has part-time and full-time in-house professionals, and if required it has a professional setup to secure experts from outside – that entails both nation and international professionals.
