Syntegrate was founded by Gill McLaren out of her passion to solve problems worth solving and make a difference in the world. The 3 step Syntegrate method combines business strategy, consultancy and coaching to bring practical, pragmatic and positive change and solutions to any problem or challenge. Gill is also a prominent speaker and thought leader in the areas of Leadership, Women's Leadership and Shared Value Creation. For the 20 years before starting Syntegrate Gill worked in executive leadership roles across the UK, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore in the areas of General Management, Strategic Planning, Commercial, Customer and Marketing at Coca-Cola. Gill also was a member of the Global Women's Leadership Council and Chair of the Pacific Women's Leadership council, with a focus on the goal of achieving gender parity in senior leadership positions. Her journey has given her deep experiences of different functions, countries , people and cultures all over the world.
