Ruth's Way provides sober housing for women, recovery/wellness coaching, and trainings for individuals and organizations. Our sober home focuses on assisting women in recovery, homeless women, and female veterans to transition to a healthy lifestyle. Recovery/Wellness coaching helps participants to focus on strengths and establish the eight dimensions of wellness. Ruth's Way's experiential trainings are based on adult learning theories and can be tailored to the organization's needs.
