Delta Phi Epsilon (DPE) is a professional foreign service fraternity made up of students studying or engaged in foreign service and international affairs. DPE's Chi Chapter was established at James Madison University in 2015, and is actively working to expand their network of students and alumni that will promote international mindfulness and professional activity in foreign service. The Chi Chapter consists of over 80 students from various majors who participate in community outreach events, promote fraternal brotherhood, and fundraise for philanthropic events. The Chi Chapter has held philanthropy events for Syria and UNICEF, as well as participating in the local Harrisonburg community through organizations such as the Church World Service (CWS) and Rocktown Rallies.
