Founded in 1984, TFWA is the world's biggest duty free and travel retail association, providing the industry with high-quality exhibitions, acclaimed conferences and workshops, and in-depth market research. TFWA is instrumental in forging close relationships between suppliers and operators, and plays a vital role in representing the interests of its members and the industry as a whole. (1) TFWA World Exhibition & Conference held annually in October in Cannes is the global forum for the international Duty Free and Travel Retail industry. TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference held annually in May in Singapore is the only travel retail & duty free exhibition and conference event which focuses on the development of the business in the Asia Pacific region. TFWA China’s Century Conference, is held every 2 years in March in China, in partnership with the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association. MEADFA Conference on behalf of the Middle East & Africa Duty Free Association for the benefit of suppliers and operators in that region.
