Tero Real Estate continues to purchase real estate in Miami and Tero Construction renovates these properties in preparation to rent or sell the assets. Over the years and as opportunities presented themselves, the companies expanded from construction and real estate, to furniture (Q Squared Interiors) and then human recruitment (Affix), to form Tero Holding. These expansions were possible because of Tero Capital. Today, Tero Capital not only provides capital to start ups, the firm leverages the resources of all the companies. Such as: business consultants, business development consultants, contacts, legal advice and marketing experts, to name a few. This strategy allows the entrepreneur to focus on their core competency while Tero Capital focuses on getting the new venture up and running efficiently and quickly.
