The STEM fatale Initiative aims to support gender equality in leadership positions in the STEM fields. The Initiative is based on two major aspects: - a data-driven approach: based on our survey available on our website, we will provide a report with data and concrete action points to institutions and public authorities - a network approach: the STEM fatale Initiative will provide a talk and event series, coaching and mentoring as well as peer exchange for women with a scientific background aiming at or holding leadership positions
