Futurelect, an Apolitical Academy delivers non-partisan leadership development and training programmes to diverse groups of ethical and innovative young leaders in Africa, in order to prepare them for leadership roles in politics and the public service. Our goal is to empower a new generation of ethical political and government leaders to solve the great challenges of our time and restore trust in elected officials and democratic systems. Futurelect also supports those who will elect our leaders in the future. We want to empower a vibrant and engaged electorate armed with the information and conviction to participate actively in democracy and hold elected leadership to account at the ballot and between polls.
