In 1981 Wendy LeGardeur opened up her first women's boutique store in a small cottage off of the corner of River Road on Dante Street named Ballin’s LTD. Little did she know that 40 years later Ballin’s LTD would grow into seven stores spanning Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Ballin’s has been a household name in New Orleans when women are considering the latest trends in dress; from what to wear for debutante parties, Mardi Gras balls and special occasions, to their everyday fashion. In addition to Ballin’s storefront locations, we have also been successful in reaching a strong customer base nationally with their catalog business and have drawn customers from every State in the Country. Our catalog business features exclusive brands led by French fashion designer, Marjorie Perard. Most notably: Amélline, Lilli Sucré and New Orleans Knitwear. We have adapted our catalog to an online customer base by having a large selection of our exclusive brands online, where we have customers from around the world.
