The Bainbridge Island Signing Academy Vocal Studio offers Vocal Coaching, Voice Lessons and Performance Services on Bainbridge Island. In our student-led studio, vocal health and believable performance regardless of music genre are top priorities in our studio. All private classes range from 30 minutes to an hour and are held in the instructor's home. Vocal Coaching for kids under the age of 10 focuses on the fundamentals of rhythm and reading music, repertoire, interpretation and audition/performance preparation and costs $40/half hour lesson. Voice Lessons for adults and kids (10+) focus on vocal technique & performance. Streamlined to the goals of each student, sessions may consist of vocal exercises, intermediate to advanced interpretation of written music, audition preparation (slating, resume creation and review, monologue coaching), ear training, sight singing, harmonization training, reading/writing musical notation and composition. Voice lessons cost $50/half hour lesson and $65/45 minute lesson. Hour long sessions are at a reduced rate of $80/hour. All sessions begin with a physical warm up, a vocal warm up, and vocal exercises.
