NEPSY is a spin-off company of the University of Cagliari. It was founded in 2017 by three young researchers who strongly believe in transport electrification and sustainability. We aim to develop customizable, flexible and integrated electric propulsion systems and components for a range of applications, from road and rail to marine. Our fields of expertise are: 1. power electronics (Pulse Width Modulation, modeling, multilevel converters) 2. electrical machines (Design of high-speed PM machines, FEA) 3. electrical drives (Predictive control, FPGA-based algorithm, flux-weakening CTRL strategies) 4. energy storage systems (energy management systems, hybridization).
