PATH is a non-profit organization that identifies opportunities to improve the health of children and families in Mitchell and Yancey counties in western North Carolina. We start by engaging with the community, and using the Community Health Assessments to help us identify the most pressing health needs our neighbors are facing. From there, we bring together community partners to design and implement health initiatives tailored to our unique community and its specific needs. Through each collaborative initiative that we implement, PATH looks to involve, educate and unite our community for long-term, sustainable change.
