"Forton MKA Invest" is a development company aiming to invest in Real Estate projects. Currently the biggest project of the company is development of 180 apartments and 11 villas in the most popular mountain resort in North Macedonia, Mavrovo . Project will be realized in two phases, in a total period of 3 years. The total investment is estimated of 8.6 Million EUR. Project is co-financed by (Turkish) Halk Bank. The start of the construction process is planed for May 2020.
