Saturnalia quantitatively predicts wine quality based on satellite, meteorological, and other data. We automatically collect, aggregate and process data to make grape status and performance indicators accessible when and where it matters. The system is based on an innovative algorithm, which combines spaceborne and ground-based observation of relevant parameters acquired on vineyards and along the production line. We can even tell you how we expect each wine to perform, before the official ratings are published.
