Olive West was founded in 2010 as an asset management arm to our parent company who was building quality office and multi-family properties. We initially hired third party managers to help manage these property but soon recognized the need for experienced, professional managers who operate assets with an “owner’s mentality” and attention to detail. In the process of managing our properties, we began attracting, training and organizing what has become an exceptional property management group.
