Our menu is developed by Icelandic Michelin chef, Agnar Sverrisson. At ísey Skyr Bar you can eat healthy bowls and smoothies where skyr is used as a base. The skyr has the ability to fill you up without weighing you down, which means no more snacks in between meals and less sugar cravings! Our protein-packed and deliciously fresh food will keep you coming back for more. Eating healthy is not just about good food and flavours, but it also should be tasty and nutritious.
