Domenichelli & Associates, Inc. (D&A) is a water resources engineering firm with extensive experience working for local agencies owning and operating water, wastewater, and drainage systems. D&A was established in 2002 by President Joseph Domenichelli. Vice President, Sara Rogers, has been with the company since 2003. We have worked hard to develop a team of highly qualified individuals.
