Agasur was born three decades ago as a cooperative company merging the efforts of a group of goat's milk producers. Nowadays the partnership reaches nearly 200 farmers and runs state-of-the-art cheese making facilities, mainly devoted to pure goat's milk cheeses production. The wide range of specialities comprehends from soft cheeses to old matured raw milk elaborations, including cheeses coated in sweet wine, brushed or packed in olive oil, etc. Our brands Agasur, El Pinsapo - Sierra de las Nieves and Granja del Sur are already well known in our domestic market and repeatedly awarded among Andalusian traditional producers, while everyday gaining more international recognition.
