We have Young Professionals (YP) Committees in all of our regions, which work hard to provide relevant educational and networking forums for the under-35 section of the industry. From the very start of your career, our nation-wide programs and events will help you establish industry-wide connections that will last a lifetime. As well as top-class networking and social events throughout the year, our YP Committees organise a range of CPD seminars to keep you at the forefront of emerging trends and broking best practice. We also support YPs with our renowned mentoring program, while a dedicated award for young brokers the Young Professional Broker of the Year Award is contested at state level, with winners competing for the national Warren Tickle Memorial Award.
