Conscious Connections, Inc. (CCI) is a nonprofit organization and urban farm that exists to uplift underserved and marginalized populations through exposure, education, and economic opportunities in the arts and agriculture. We strive to positively impact communities by reconnecting urban environments with the delicate aspects of nature. CCI's farm is located in Wilmington, Delaware and provides educational programming for youth within the community. We are passionate about serving our community with increased opportunities for learning and access to fresh food. Through our community outreach efforts, a safe place for youth has been created where we nurture creativity, ingenuity, and self empowerment.
