A non-government charitable organization registered under the Rajasthan government society registration act 1959 since 2005 is focused on bringing meaningful social change through honest & dedicated efforts. SIMS- “Strengthening Initiatives & Managing Systems for Society” is actively engaged in live projects dealing with Education, Skill Development, Livelihood, Health care & Women Empowerment. Innovation does not happen in a vacuum but requires openness & interaction between systems & their environments. The government cannot be left alone to make the difficult transformation process; they need support through SIMS organization through research, execution & implementation. SIMS through counseling & innovative learning is adhered to improve the quality of Education in the country with high-quality, low-cost interventions to address the gaps in education systems. Understanding the education & skill development ecosystem better, including their market structures & innovation processes, SIMS helps create a more mature relationship with the education sector in a sustainable approach. SIMS through digital technologies offers a large potential for innovation, growth & greater well-being. SIMS having a strong presence across INDIA, mainly from NCR, Gujrat, Rajasthan, MP & North East India centers, is actively involved through its team and stakeholders to derive the positive change in an underprivileged section of society by empowering them with education, mentoring to achieve their true potential, enabling them to be self-reliant. Through its sustainable community development approach, SIMS plays a major role in capacity building, such as ability, skill & knowledge of mobilizing resources, planning & evaluating community initiation, and solving problems to gain mastery over their lives. SIMS satisfaction is reflected in youth’s happiness being employed through Skill training activities offered across the nation, resource distribution bringing a needed impact.
