Lakeland provides a palliative approach to hospice care. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals offer much needed help to anyone during this difficult time. Lakeland will address physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs which are unique to each individual and family. We work closely with your physician to address your specific goals. If you do not have a personal physician one of our team physicians will direct your care. Lakeland Area Hospice services are available in Erie, Crawford, Venango, Warren, and Mercer Counties of Pennsylvania.
