According to statistics in youth, there are more than 16 milion people living in Turkey. These people have dreams. Youth strive to achieve their dreams following a tiring, wearing and hard process. We ease this process so youth can make production. 5STEPS is a social enterprise that transforms an unproductive young person into a productive person. 5STEPS has a unique experience and 5 different steps to make it happen so the transformation can be complete. Our target audience is primarily young people aged between 16 to 26 years old in Anatolia. 5STEPS completes its experience in around 52 hours. In the short term, the 5 basis benefits that 5STEPS provide to social enterprise participants are: “Accelerates, eases, creates focus, creates contact with successful people and generalizes positive transformation to accomplish.” In the long term there are 5 benefits: “Decreases the unemployment rate, strengthens local economy, creates participation awareness, makes successful young people visible in the crowd and increases the number of productive young people.” 5STEPS Social Enterprise continues to improve its activies in ‘’Experience of Learning Technologies’’, operational abilities in Anatolia and increasing the number of productive young people. In the 3rd quarter of 2018, we aim to have more than 15 brands, 37 supporters in 30 cities, representatives in 3 countries and 2 headquarters. In global academic field, 5STEPS shows its activies in ‘’Problems of unproductive youth and the risks that this problem carries 5STEPS Approach Model’’. With growing social impact!
