We have investment professionals from several complimentary backgrounds including corporate and municipal plan sponsors, institutional investment consulting, financial planning and wealth management, and separate account investment management. We refer to our investment approach as "Quantimental" which simply means it is a bottom-up fundamental approach driven by a sophisticated proprietary quantitative process called Sector Matrix. It is highly disciplined and repeatable and it allows us to efficiently apply our growth-at-a-reasonable price philosophy consistently across several strategies.
