All Work Done in the Cloud (AWD) is a boutique consultancy of experienced Cloud practitioners who act as enablers and advisers to global organizations headquartered in the United States and Canada. AWD is a minority and women owned business enterprise (MWBE), who collaborates with eco system practitioners to assist clients who are in or moving to a cloud Human Capital Management, Payroll, and finance system to maximize the value. We provide a variety of services including strategy, assessments, transformation, optimization, audits; add on phase projects, and client advocacy roles. We provide functional, technical, program and change management resources and teams on the client/owner side of the system implementation or transformation. Our specialty is to assist the client in an advocacy capacity on initial deployments as well as to plan and implement add on phase and release management of an existing base of the modern cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for Human Resources, Payroll, Financial Management, and Student. AWD will assist on small, midsize implementations as well as large enterprise clients looking to maximize release management and add on phases.
