The Cape Fear Workforce Development Board continues to evolve to better serve job seekers, businesses and interested stakeholders in our workforce region. Continuing with a new set of directions and dreams for the future, and a firm foundation to build on; we continue to grow and incorporate the new Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) legislation. We are excited about exploring new frontiers and facilitating prosperity and economic growth! We serve the four counties of Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, and Pender.
