NuWorks was established to help companies in Japan and worldwide improving their leadership and management practices, support change and transformation, foster innovative and diverse workplaces where happiness and positiveness prevail. Based on scientific research, especially learnings from positive psychology, NuWorks offers corporate training, workshops, coaching, facilitation and consulting.
