Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona is committed to helping elderly and disabled homebound adults thrive physically and emotionally at home by ensuring daily access to a diet of quality foods that are appropriate for their health conditions and individual nutritional needs. Mobile Meals provides: --Daily meal delivery to clients’ homes to ensure adequate nourishment and maintain strength; --Medically-tailored diets to improve physical health and help clients manage chronic illnesses; and --Regular socialization with volunteers to reduce isolation and increase sense of connectedness. We work in conjunction with the client, their healthcare team and 10 meal preparation facilities in Southern Arizona to ensure that each client receives a meal that is nutritious and meets their specific nutritional needs.
