Open Space Collective is a collective of practitioners, united by the understanding that sustainable solutions and innovation are only possible by participation and inclusion of diverse perspectives. The team was among the pioneers who brought the Art of Hosting practice to Bulgaria in 2013 and since then have been practicing and spreading the awareness via training, hosting meetings and designing processes for groups and organizations. Open Space Collective works with individuals, organizations, and communities and provides support in: - Designing and Hosting meaningful conversations (meetings, events, conferences); - Designing processes for employee and stakeholders engagement; - Providing open and tailored training In our work, we use methods like the Art of Hosting, Social Labs, and Natural Step.
