- with the recent information regarding coronavirus, we at Plenty Road Centre are taking precautions to reduce the risk to patients and staff of our clinic. Reception staff will be asking if you have recently traveled overseas, been in contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus and if you have any respiratory symptoms. We ask that if this applies to you please call and report this to reception, please do not enter the clinic. Reception will arrange for the clinic nurse or one of our doctors to discuss your case with you over the phone. We also will ask that you call from your car upon arrival, rather than enter the clinic. A further important resource is the Department of Health and Human Services phone line on 1800 675 398 - this is a dedicated phone number for patients to call for advice and we encourage you to use this service if you feel you may have been in contact with Coronavirus.
