VTL is wholly owned by the Top Express Infrastructure (Village) Ltd. We were granted an Unified Carrier Licence by OFCA in January 2017 to provide fixed telecommunications network services in Hong Kong. We obtained our Block Licence from the Lands Department in 2018, which enables us to install the underground ducts, facilities and optical fibre all over the territory of Hong Kong under our ownership. Extending from our optical fibre network in the villages, we are actively expanding our network to cover all areas in Hong Kong. VTL breaks the constraints of traditional telecommunications services in the villages. We build village fibre-to-the-home and provide high-speed broadband services in the village. Our technology platform drives unlimited information, free entertainment and high-quality smart homes to the residents, which adds value to the village lives. More than that, our optical fibre network provides a gateway for the extensive overseas broadband services, Wi-Fi network and diversified value-added services, bringing all-round communications capabilities to the homes.
