Smith NMTC Associates, LLC provides consultation to nonprofit organizations, community development entities (CDEs), developers and lenders across the country to structure and facilitate NMTC projects that revitalize low-income communities and provide the opportunity for affordable homeownership. Our mission is to revitalize and stabilize America's distressed and underserved communities through innovative capital funding structures for projects that bring affordable homeownership, community and commercial services, and jobs to these low-income areas.
